Akpabio gave us N3m “transport money” each after PDP caucus meetings – Ex-Minister

A former Nigerian minister and senator from Akwa Ibom State, John Udoedehe, has narrated how the state’s immediate past governor, Godswill Akpabio, regularly doled out huge amounts of money as “transport” to politicians, each time they had a political meeting.

Mr. Udoedehe, a former Minister of State for FCT, said caucus members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, were given at least N3 million each as “transport”, every night they met to discuss the party’s affairs.

He admitted the governor gave him a “special” sum, way more than the already outrageous N3 million others received.

“Godswill Akpabio used to give us at least N3million each as transport money every night we attended caucus meeting in Government House,” he said during an interview on Planet FM in Uyo on Saturday, November 7. “My own was special, it was more than N3million.”

The former minister said despite the largesse, he still fell out with Mr. Akpabio, who is now the senate minority leader.

He made the claim to buttress his argument that he could not be bought with money.

Mr. Akpabio could not be immediately reached for comments.

Mr. Udoedehe, who is now a Board of Trustees member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, also narrated how a Divisional Police Officer was held in his community by villagers, for attempting to illegally take away election materials during the April 11 governorship poll in the state.

He said the DPO was held for some time at Afaha Offot, Uyo Local Government Area, and was eventually rescued by a team of mobile policemen led by the commissioner of police, Akwa Ibom State.

Mr. Udoedehe did not give the name of the officer, but said he was from the “C” Division, Uyo.

Gabriel Achong, now retired, was the commissioner of police in Akwa Ibom State at the time.

A tribunal recently nullified the outcome of the polls in 18 out of 31 Local Government Areas of the state.

“What I did in my village, I need to tell you this. They came to carry the ballot boxes in my village. The incident is recorded at the police headquarters in Akwa Ibom State,” Mr. Udoedehe said.

“The villagers stopped the DPO ‘C’ Division and other policemen who came to cart away the (election) materials. In fact, the commissioner of police mobilised police from everywhere to my village to release the DPO,” Mr. Udoedehe said in response to a question whether he participated in the governorship election.

“So, did the election (eventually) hold in your village?” Planet FM went on to ask Mr. Udoedehe who is also a former senator.

“No, we had that incident,” Mr. Udoedehe responded.

“So, did you vote or did you not vote?” the interviewer pressed.

“I said we had an incident in my village,” he responded again.

Mr. Udoedehe said the incident was another demonstration that he should have been the governorship candidate of APC in the state – not Umana Okon Umana.

“What I did in my own ward (during the election), Umana Okon Umana (the APC governorship candidate) couldn’t do in his own village. I am giving you fact. My village did not allow the DPO to leave with the ballot materials. It took the entire mobile police base to come to my village. They shot guns and arrested the people,” he said.

Mr. Udoedehe said he deserved to be a governorship candidate of APC, and not Mr. Umana, because of his contributions to the party within and outside Akwa Ibom state.

He said APC leaders in Lagos and Abuja were compromised before the party primary that produced Mr. Umana as the APC governorship candidate, and that the primary was rigged in Mr. Umana’s favour.

“The party wanted to do to Timipre Sylva in Bayelsa State what they did to me here. But the good people of Bayelsa who supported Sylvia stood against it,” Mr. Udoedehe said.

“They succeeded against me because of the individuals we planted in the party. They betrayed me because their interest was money and position. They abandoned me because I didn’t make them to swear to mbiam (fetish oath). I trusted them. I loved them. People said I should not put them there, but I put them there. At the time they were supposed to support me, they left me without any reason,” said Mr. Udoedehe.

He said he was in court to challenge the APC primary that Mr. Umana won, and that he would fight on till the case gets to the Supreme Court.
But APC in Akwa Ibom State denied having any pre-election case in the court against Mr. Umana.

“The case exists only in the imagination of Udoedehe,” the APC Publicity Secretary, Akwa Ibom State, Ita Awak, told PREMIUM TIMES.

Mr. Udoedehe said in the interview that nobody in APC or PDP could use money to influence him to do anything that was against his conviction.
He denied the rumour that PDP paid him to go out and speak publicly against APC because of the fresh political battle prompted by the Akwa Ibom governorship Election Tribunal judgment.

“People go about telling lies that I am coming out to speak so that I could be given money, do I look like somebody you can pay? I have sustained opposition in Akwa Ibom state on my own, is it now that I’ll collect money from someone?

“When I had N1billion to pay as deposit for the Nigeria Newsprint Manufacturing Company in Oku Iboku, how many people in Akwa Ibom state, apart from government, had money? When they were selling Nigeria, through privatization, how many of them in Akwa Ibom had money to buy anything?”

To reiterate his claims that nobody can buy him with money, the former senator said he was bold enough to leave the then Akwa Ibom governor, Godswill Akpabio, and the PDP at a time Mr. Akpabio was doling out money regularly to members of PDP caucus in the state, of which he said he was part of.

“Godswill Akpabio used to give us at least N3million each as transport money every night we attended caucus meeting in Government House. My own was special, it was more than N3million. But even with this gift, I disagreed with him (Akpabio) and left him. I left because Akwa Ibom’s interest was paramount to me than any other thing.

“The main reason I quarreled with Godswill Akpabio is that the government derailed initially by bringing people that were not supposed to be in government. Government is so sacred. There are people that are not supposed to be in government. If you allow them in, then that sacredness would be broken,” Mr. Udoedehe said.

Mr. Udoedehe accused Mr. Akpabio, who is now senate minority leader, of misusing state funds and causing poverty in Akwa Ibom state.
“Development goes beyond infrastructure,” he said. “People in Uyo are now selling off their properties, including their fathers’ graves. It shows the level of poverty here.”

N1.04tn Fine: MTN Pleads For Staggered Payment

MTN has asked Nigeria for a plan to allow it to stagger the payment of a $5.2bn (N1.04tn) fine as the deadline for the payment expires today (Monday) , a source at the Nigerian Communications Commission said on Sunday.

The source added that the government was considering the request, made at a meeting on Friday between MTN and high-level government officials, and that the decision would be disclosed on Monday.

Authoritative sources told one of our correspondents on Sunday that the Federal Government at a meeting with MTN officials on Friday night rejected pleas by the mobile company to have the fine slashed. It was learnt that the Federal Government insisted that the rule should be followed since the rule that was contravened was clear.

Failing to obtain a reduction, MTN officials were said to have asked to have the payment staggered over a period of two years. By the end of the meeting on Friday, the proposal had not been accepted.

However, it was learnt that there were would be another round of meeting on Sunday night to resolve the knotty issue.

If the Sunday night meeting resolved the issues, the Federal Government may speak on the matter within two days, it was gathered. Since the imbroglio, neither NCC nor the Federal Government has officially spoken on the matter.

The NCC slapped the fine on MTN last month for its failure to cut off 5.2 million unregistered SIM cards.

MTN spokesman Chris Maroleng said, “We are waiting for authorities to come back to us”.

Nigeria has been pushing telecommunication operators to verify the identity of subscribers due to concerns that unregistered SIM cards are being used for criminal activity or even by Boko Haram militants waging an Islamist insurgency in the northeast.

“At the meeting, MTN pleaded passionately for staggered payment since the option of reduction of the fine had been ruled out,” the NCC source told Reuters.

However, a source familiar with the discussions said that an eleventh hour reduction of the fine could still be possible.

“Until the final announcement is made, there may be some room for manoeuvre,” the source familiar with the situation said.

Spokesmen for Presidency and communications ministry declined to comment.

The fine – if fully enforced – amounts to more than the past two years’ profit for the MTN in its biggest market. The new Minister of Cmmunications, Adebayo Shittu, told Reuters on Friday the government did not want the MTN “to die” or shut down operations as a result of the penalty.

The fine is based on $1,000 per outstanding unregistered SIM card, as stipulated by Nigerian telecommunications laws.

Nigeria accounts for 37 per cent of revenues for MTN, which operates in more than 20 countries in Africa and the Middle East. Since the announcement of the fine, its shares have lost nearly 25 per cent of their value.

Belgian Bilal had spent time fighting with IS in Syria before returning to Europe and carrying out the barbaric attack in Paris.

David Luiz lands back in Paris

David Luiz lands back in Paris
Paris Saint-Germain defender David Luiz has returned to the French capital after being released from international duty by Brazil.

David Luiz was sent off during his country's 1-1 World Cup qualifying draw against Argentina on Friday, making him unavailable for the clash with Peru on Tuesday at the Arena Fonte Nova in Salvador.

The 28-year-old initially stated that he was unsure if he would make an early return to Paris, expressing sadness and concern over safety in the city in the wake of Friday's terror attacks.

But David Luiz tweeted that he had left Dunga's squad at the request of his club and landed back in Paris on Monday morning local time.
He posted: "Just landed at Paris. Going to the training ground soon."

In the wake of the co-ordinated attacks across six locations that killed 129 people, David Luiz said his friends and family in Paris were "sad and scared".

"It's really very, very sad. I'm worried and still trying to understand what happened," he said.

"Nothing is worse than seeing people losing lives. When I discovered [what happened] I immediately called to Paris. I have my girlfriend, family and friends there. They were all sad and scared.

"At this moment I don't know what I'll do, if I go there or if I will still stay here. I'm assimilating everything about this situation. It is sad to see another tragedy in the world."

La Liga president admits to being a Real Madrid fan

La Liga president admits to being a Real Madrid fan
Los Blancos can count Javier Tebas among their supporters, with the LFP president confessing his passion for the club in a recent interview
La Liga president Javier Tebas has risked causing consternation in Clasico week by admitting he is a Real Madrid supporter.

The 53-year-old, who has led the LFP since April 2013, confessed he has followed the club since childhood.

Tebas was born in Costa Rica but revealed his support for the club in order to avoid being called a hypocrite if the fact came out from elsewhere.

"If I say I don't support [Madrid], then that would be hypocritical and I would be painted as a liar," he said in an interview with AS.
"And I certainly don't like to be called a liar. Imagine if I said that I loved all teams, and then it came out that I supported Madrid since I was a boy, went to 27 Clasicos in the past, that I celebrated Madrid wins with friends in a bar. I prefer to call it as it is."

Tebas has previously voiced his desire for domestic fixtures to be played abroad and while he reaffirmed that desire he insisted the Clasico will never take place on foreign shores.

"The Clasico will never be played outside of Spain. It's a key game in our league competition and has huge international prestige.

"We'll study the possibility of playing certain games outside of Spain but at present this initiative doesn't form part of our international expansion plans."

A missile reading "From Paris, with love" has been sent to wreak havoc on ISIS strongholds. This emotive image was taken of US Military planes which were ready to join strikes on the terrorists who have claimed responsibility for Friday night's assault on the French capital.
The Paris terror attacks were, President Francoise Hollande told his people, "an act of war". And swift retribution came soon afterwards, as the French dropped 20 bombs on an ISIS stronghold in Raqqa, Syria, on Sunday night.

Weight loss: How to burn fat out of your body

body
This is a sponsored post. Article written by weightloss expert.
Read below..
If you are a woman, aged 30+ and above, and currently
struggling to lose weight, then I want you to kindly read this
letter to the end..... Do you currently feel sluggish, out of
breath when climbing stairs and also find it very hard to fit
into many of the dresses in your wardrobe.... Then you also
need to pay attention to this letter as well because I am
about to reveal the secret you need for you to lose weight
easily.
These 3 things are very IMPORTANT & Crucia l in your fight
against FAT...
When you KNOW these 3 things and you APPLY them, you will find
it so simple & easier than before to shake off excess fat from your
body.
Without wasting time, let's me share them with you below:
#1. To Lose Weight, Your Body Must Burn More Calories Than It
Consumes
If you have excess fat on your body, the fail safe , guaranteed
method to get rid of it is by making your body burn more calories
than you consume in the meals you eat on a daily basis.
But where most people fail with this method is when they try to go
on extreme diets that restrict them or starve them to lose weight.
Some people eat just one meal in a day, everyday for many weeks.
In the process, they end up with stomach ulcers .
I am not sure if you've tried these extreme diets and starvation
before yourself...
But have you noticed that you will lose a lot of weight quickly, but
since you can't starve yourself forever, you gain back the excess
fat quickly when you start eating regular food again.
But rather than starving yourself, all in the name of losing weight,
what If I tell you that you can eat up to 5 times daily and still lose
weight ?
I know this is possible, because I have had hundreds of clients who
spent their days eating 4-5 times daily and still ended up losing 7kg,
10kg, 15kg, 27kg etc.
The Secret is very Simple...
These clients of mine eat NATURAL Nigerian fat burning foods that
are super low in calories.
This enables their body to burn more calories from their body than
they consume and make them lose weight easily in the end.
#2. Sugar Will Make You Fat!
I know you've heard that phrase that sugar is bad for you .
Personally, I call it POISON.
That is because I know that eating too much of sugar can get
stored as fat in your body and also gradually reduce the quality of
your life.
Too much sugar in your body can make your body's insulin get
tired and find it hard to process the excess sugar, which is what
causes Type II diabetes and liver diseases
And guess what....
Most of the foods out there that you probably eat at the moment
contains a lot of sugar.
And I am talking about foods such as..... Cake, meatpie, sausage roll,
donuts, Chocolates, Starch, Fufu (akpu), Soft drinks, Alcohol, Milk
shakes etc .
The sugar content in these foods is so high, that your body stores
the excess that it does not use into your body's fat storage cells.
And this manifest in the form of fat on your arms, your thighs, neck
and most especially in your belly area which is the most stubborn
place to burn fat .
For you to lose weight rapidly, you have to cut sugary food from
your diet , and replace it with NATURAL foods with lower sugar
content, and you have to do it fast!
#3. Sitting Too Much Everyday Will Stop You From Losing Weight.
Right now, you are probably reading this letter while sitting on a
chair and its possible you've been sat in it for the past 4-5 hours or
more .
If you spend a lot of time sitting behind a desk at work, or spend
most of your time daily sitting on a sofa watching TV, you might
find out that you will gain weight easily.
In the fitness world, we call this a "sedentary lifestyle".
This lifestyle will slow down the rate at which your body burn
calories and the enzymes responsible for breaking down fat will
start switching off.
That is not all, the less you move, the less sugar your body burn
(remember the sugar in the food you eat ) and the more these sugar
get stored in the form of fat.
This means that, if you want to lose weight, you need to engage in
a form of exercise that will help your body burn more calories off.
It does not have to be a gym. You can also workout at home by
doing simple high intensity workouts for 15-20 minutes to speed
up your metabolism and burn more calories.
So What's My Point?
If you want to lose weight easily, and drop 2-3 dress sizes and
become slimmer with an amazing toned body , you need to cut out
sugary foods from your diet , and shift your lifestyle slightly to
include period of activity, your body will lose the weight "EASILY"
and "SPEEDILY".
There is a 100% SAFE & HEALTHY way of doing this that is
available to only a selected few and I currently use it to help my
client lose weight rapidly.
And I would love to share this method with YOU so you can get rid
of stubborn fat and help you get your "slimmer body and flatter
belly" back.
You see, losing weight is MUCH easier that you think, if you know
the exact thing to do that will help you lose weight.

WHAT HAPPENED IN PARIS AND HOW WILL FOOTBALL BE AFFECTED?

Over 100 people died in six terrorist attacks on Friday
in France - so how will the Stade de France bombing
affect the country and its scheduled staging of Euro
2016?

The capital of France was hit by six coordinated terrorist
attacks on Friday, with the death toll having risen to 128 people
and a further 180 injured from the gunfire and explosions.
The Bataclan Concert Hall was the scene of the most
devastating attack, as 80 people were massacred by four
gunmen – all of whom either committed suicide by bomb
detonation or were killed by French security forces.
In addition to four mass shootings at restaurants across Paris,
France's international friendly tie against Germany was
targeted as explosions outside Stade de France killed three
people.
The game continued as most people inside the ground were
unaware of tragic events outside but after the full-time whistle,
fans flooded the pitch to remain safe and players were forced
to stay put until the obvious danger has passed.

ISIS, regarded by many as a terrorist organisation, released a
statement on Saturday claiming responsibility for the attacks in
response to French air strikes on strongholds in parts of Iraq
and Syria.
Their choice of France's 2-0 win over Germany was explained
because of the two nations' history of invading other countries
and the fact that president Francois Hollande was in
attendance.
"Eight armed brothers targeted places well chosen in Paris,"
ISIS said in a statement. "The Stade de France was chosen
because of the game between France and Germany.
"They are two crusader countries and where this dumb
Francois Hollande was."
HOW HAS THE FOOTBALL WORLD REACTED?
As often happens in moments of international tragedy, the
football world has reacted with compassion and sympathy for
the thousands of people affected by the terrorism attacks in
Paris.
Renowned footballers and ex-professionals across the globe
expressed their support for the victims and their loved ones in
Paris.
Among the most high profile names to offer their condolences
on social media channels were Barcelona's Lionel Messi and
Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo.
Paris Saint-Germain expressed their solidarity with local
citizens coming to terms with the profound impact that the
deaths will have on many lives across the capital city.
It looked almost certain that England's friendly against France
on Tuesday was going to be called off as the latter nation
announced three days of national mourning for their departed.
Les Bleus' Clairefontaine training facilities were closed on
Saturday to coaches, players, journalists and supporters, and
sporting events across the capital were cancelled in wake of
the tragic attacks.
However, to the surprise of many, France's football federation
(FFF) confirmed on Saturday that the international match would
go ahead as planned.
It remains to be seen if some players will withdraw if any loved
ones have been injured or traumatised by what happened – for
instance, Antointe Griezmann's sister survived the incident at
Bataclan, though Lassana Diarra's cousin, however, sadly did
not.
Uefa has announced that black armbands will be worn by
players for all European friendlies this week as a mark of
respect for the lost lives in the latest terrorist attack on Paris.
There have been recent terrorism attacks in the country but
this is the first time that a major football match has been
specifically targeted by ISIS.
It only took a few hours before Italy coach Antonio Conte and
defender Leonardo Bonucci publicly lodged their safety
concerns regarding Euro 2016, which is less than a year away.
Although Euro 2016 planning is unlikely to change too
drastically – security measures will already have been a top
priority – there's no doubt that the safety of supporters in
France will now be of even greater concern.

Mourinho on course for ANOTHER unwanted record

Mourinho on course for ANOTHER unwanted record
The Portuguese has never lost seven games in a single league season as a manager but has tasted defeat six times already in 2015-16 to stand on the brink of another poor milestone
It has been a tough start to the season for Jose Mourninho and Chelsea, compounded by successive defeats to West Ham and Liverpool in the Premier League.

The Blues face Stoke City on Saturday, having recently been knocked out of the League Cup by the Potters, and Mourinho will not be present on the bench, after being subject to disciplinary action from the Football Association.

And another defeat for the ailing Stamford Bridge club could bring about another unwanted record for the Portuguese manager.

Banned Fifa president Blatter taken ill

Banned Fifa president Blatter taken ill
The Swiss is recovering at home - not in hospital - after reportedly suffering a stress-related illness, his adviser has confirmed
Suspended Fifa president Sepp Blatter is recovering at home after being taken ill this week.

The 79-year-old, who is currently serving a 90-day ban from football, is reported to have suffered a stress-related illness but has not been hospitalised.

Klaus Stoehlker, Blatter's adviser, confirmed to Omnisport: "The president is under medical evaluations at home and not in hospital. He will be back in a few days."

Blatter was suspended from duties by the Fifa ethics committee at the start of October as a result of criminal investigations into alleged corruption within world football's governing body, with Issa Hayatou replacing him on a temporary basis.

The Swiss has already confirmed he will step down from the post permanently, with elections due to be held in February next year.

Blatter, who has appealed his suspension, has repeatedly protested his innocence against the allegations and recently accused Uefa and its president Michel Platini of campaigning to have him ousted from office.

"I became the primary target of the attack because for three years, and specifically after the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, Uefa did not want me as the president," he told Russian news agency TASS.

"It was a conducted attack on the Fifa president. But the other confederations, they were with me. Only Uefa tried to bring me away. They did not succeed. Even with this tsunami I was re-elected as president.

"And who has been involved in this attacking situation towards the Fifa president? Politics. The European Union. That is political interference in sport."

5 Things Not To Do In A Lagos Mainland Taxi

The original Lagos Mainland taxi cabs can be easily identified. They are often sedans, yellow, panel-beaten and more often than not, the driver is a “baba” garbed in traditional clothes –whether worn out or dirty. While mostly substandard in general, the Lagos mainland cabs can be huge life savers for commuters on the Lagos mainland – especially when the commuters are first-time visitors.

For the taxi driver, the job of constantly navigating the urban jungle called the mainland can be quite arduous and back-breaking as it usually offer little reward: the pay is quite lower in range than the charge on the island and the passengers are a spectrum of humanity often as awful as bile on the tongue. As a result, while these taxi drivers have grown to accept certain things that are inevitable considering the nature of their jobs, there are certain things they do not condone from passengers, and frequent users of these medium of transportation have over time learnt not do them.

Looking to patronize a Lagos Mainland taxi and curious to know the key things to avoid? Read on to discover Jovago.com’s tips on 5 things not to do in a Lagos Mainland taxi cab.

Criticize the appearance of the cab

No matter what you do, refrain from making negative comments as regards the appearance or functionality of the taxi cab while you are in it. Most of the Lagos taxis are driven by men who pride themselves in being experts when it comes to handling vehicles, and so, criticizing their cabs is usually seen as a personal insult. Also, pointing to a lack in the hygiene of its interiors is a no-no. Some of the driver can go as far throwing a dramatic feat or even ask you to get down from their vehicles. To avoid this, keep your opinions to yourself, unless you are quite certain your life’s in danger. Also, if you cannot stand it, to not get in the cab get down while you can.

Make out or show extreme PDA in the back of the cab.

Sometimes emotions can be overwhelming and passengers impatiently express them. This is very common in Lagos, especially at night when most passengers have a bit alcohol in the mix from night outs and parties. While most island taxi drivers though a few inches away, hearing and seeing everything, stay mute. Mainland taxi cabs rarely condone it. The nice ones will nag you with advice until you get your destination, killing the mood anyways, while others could ask you to get off, publicly shaming you if possible. It is very easy to avoid this, all you need to do is: keep your hands to yourselves and exercise some control.

Give the wrong or incomplete address

This is a huge trap most people fall into. If you are going to enter a mainland taxi, be very particular when listing the address of your destination. Give all the details. Most mainland drivers are not lenient, especially when your destination turns out to be a bit further than what was listed to them at the initial stance. These drivers will kick up a fuss and insist that you increase the fare. Worse is if you do not agree on a fare before you enter the cab, chances are you will be milked dry. The mainland taxicab do not run on meters and fares are entirely subject to the driver’s discretion. If you must get on a mainland taxi, ensure you give the exact details, if possible, including the exact route you want the driver to take. also conclude on a fare before getting on.

Disrespect the driver

Most taxi cab drivers in modern times are not very particular about your attitude to them, they tend to detach themselves from your situation, as long as you pay whatever fare is charged and you do not actively cause him or his car harm. However, most taxi drivers on the mainland tend to take an exception to passengers with bad attitude. They tend to have certain expectations which include expecting salutation, respectful gestures, a mellow voice tone and more. Performing actions that suggest that you disregard or disrespect them creates a charged atmosphere, making it hard to communicate with the driver. Bottomline: while in the cab, your life is literally in the hands of the driver, staying polite should not really be a big deal.

Ask cab Drivers to break the law

Thanks to the traffic situation in Lagos, most people are always look for ways to avert the congestion, and in doing so, they tend to break certain traffic rules. They run on one-ways, disregard traffic light and drive on wrong ways. These soft traffic rules are frequently broken in Lagos, especially during rush hours or at night when most of the LASMA officials have close for the day. While most cab drivers on the island even take the initiative to commit these soft felonies, cab drivers on the mainland hardly engage in such dalliance. They take pride in understanding the traffic rules and they also understand the penalties attached. They therefore get really aggravated when passengers ask them to break any these rules, no matter how negligible.

10 Ways Ladies Frustrate The Life Of Short Guys

10 Ways Ladies Frustrate The Life of Short Guys

1. They are stereotyped "Troublesome"

Yoruba people often say, "eyan kukuru bilisi" meaning "short people are stereotyped aggressive and troublesome". Though I don't know if this is scientifically proven but evidence has it that they don't give up in arguments, they are temperamental people, they won't hesitate to use cutlass on you when they go angry especially when you intimidate them by your height. This notion sometimes make ladies decline us which can be so frustrating cheesy

2. Ladies Often say Short Guys normally have small Joystick

As funny as it sounds, you might have heard it. A lady once told me that she wouldn't date me cos short dudes normally have small joystick and that they won't enjoy it cheesy

3. Ladies mainly consider Money before dating Short Guys

Let's not deceive ourselves here. Aki and Paw Paw and other short Nigerian celebrities who bear physical resemblance with dwarf wouldn't have found it easy to marry if not for their fame, riches and wealth. If a guy is extremely short, he has to strive so hard to make money, if not, ladies no go even look him side at all cheesy

4. They are unjustly Discriminated

When you woo some ladies that are taller than you are, they will table the matter in the midst of their friends and will be like, "imagine Vizkiz, that short thing wooing me". This reminds me of a lady I added on whatsapp. We got chatting and I wooed her. To my surprise she updated her status immediately. "I have no passion for short dudes".

5. Ladies often say their kids will be also short

I'm sure that an average short dude hates to hear this statement. As a short dude, I also get angry when ladies say they can't marry a short man because their kids may end up being short. I don't know if this is medically proven but I hate to hear when ladies say they prefer tall dudes to short dudes for the sake of their childrens' height

6. They are being Bashed

Na so I enter inside GTB yesterday go withdraw the last N1, 000 wey dey my account on counter when I sighted this tall pretty lady filling her teller, I was fascinated by her beauty and I couldn't but take a bold step to talk to her. Before I said hi, she said interrupted saying " don't even try it cos I won't listen to you". I was so embarrassed and felt like the ground should open swallow me up cos both customers, workers, cleaners and the bank manager were all looking at me and were shaking their heads pitifully

7. Ladies think Short Dudes are not presentable enough

YES ! Especially when we don't have to money to compliment our shortness, they feel we are not presentable enough, therefore, they may not consider dating us. Ladies like guys whose stature overshadow theirs cool

8. Ladies place so much emphasis on Tall Dudes

Go and make a research and you would find out that 90% of ladies prefer their men to be taller than them. While the remaining 10% may choose short dudes due to their discretion and circumstances. This is one the frustration we face from the ladies

9. Ladies stereotype them "Unpredictable"

An average short man can commit murder if he catches his girlfriend with another dude. They are usually unpredictable. A lady who accepts to go into relationship with them must be totally submissive and dare not cheat otherwise, Lalasticlala will end up pushing her story to the FP after she has been dealt with
